      Awesome Opportunity

      Pros

      A great example of leadership is when founders care not just about the future of their own company, but the future of their employees. Pek (founder) consistently keeps tabs on where his employees want to be in the future, what their interests are, and how he can best help them. It's really great to see someone who cares about that stuff.

      Cons

      The office can get a little cramped when everyone is in, but it happens rarely. That's really all I can think of.

      Radical transparency and flexibility

      Pros

      I have never seen such transparency from management before. Pek and the exec team are open with the company's status and direction, and that makes it easier to feel like we're all truly on the same team. With a large variety of projects and products, there's a lot of opportunity to stretch yourself and choose where to offer a contribution. Working at Impekable also offers a lot of flexibility, and because it's a globally distributed team, you can work with people around the world.

      Cons

      Agency life can be a rollercoaster ride. Sometimes there is tons of work to keep everyone busy, and other times it will be slow. The flip side of having flexibility and a globally distributed team is that sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate people who are in other countries. Because it's a small but high-growth company, there's a lot of opportunity to stretch yourself, but you need to be a self-starter and a self-manager.

      Pros

      Everyone is so supportive and humble. It's a great group of talented people that really care about our clients and going above and beyond for them. The clients are just as great. The company's 'no jerk' policy extends to everything we do and I love working with and forming great relationships with top tier clients as well! Impekable also encourages personal growth, constant learning and a drive to always do better. I'm endlessly grateful that I can work remotely from anywhere. Moving to a smaller city really decreased my options and I'm so glad I can be a part of a remote team that values your opinions and lets your voice be heard.

      Cons

      There can be a breakdown in communication once in awhile with the options available to us from leadership. Project Management is newer to the company and still getting our footing as a solid group whose voice is heard. Career paths could be more defined.
