Implantable Provider Group (IPG) Reviews

Employees are not respected or appreciated for their hard work. They do not utilize employees to their full potential.

Over the past three years, IPG has improved in the area of team communication between departments. However, the silos between teams still exist and is no where near where it needs to be. Leadership is very lacking, with the exception of a couple of low level managers. Things change rapidly here and, as a result, mistakes are inevitably made. IPG is a medium sized company (about 100 employees) that still acts in many ways like a start-up. I think the previous review that stated IPG engages in "reckless" change is accurate.
