Being a mission driven company, we appreciate hearing that you approve of our critical mission to replace all animal protein by 2035. We also pride ourselves in offering a robust benefits package, so it’s awesome to hear that you feel supported in that regard.
Impossible Foods is committed to offering fair promotions based off of past performance and demonstrated potential. Every Performance Cycle, we improve upon previous programs using feedback we hear from employees.
