Extremely low pay with virtually no chance of a raise/promotion as nepotism runs rampant at this company. The pay starts at $15 or $16 per hour and they will tell you after 90 days you get a review & $1 raise but I've worked with people for 2+ years who never even got an employee review, let alone a raise. All the money goes to the owner, his VP, friends & family employed at the company rather than the hard working employees (or towards equipment/PPE to help with workflow and safety). Horrid grow conditions for their flower rooms; routine leaking of water lines leading to grow rooms flooding into the hallways under the walls, poor air circulation & cheap HVAC/filtration setups in overcrowded rooms with literally hundreds of plants, constant issues with mold and powdery mildew in every grow, overall low quality nutrients and absolutely no love or care put into grows. Very poor building infrastructure in general; roof tends to leak onto ceiling tiles during heavy rainstorms (leading to moldy ceiling tiles in rooms product is produced and packaged in). Poor air circulation/HVAC to keep work spaces cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Entire parking lot is riddled with potholes (no pun intended). Management refuses to listen to their employees for suggestions and valid concerns, yet likes to remind employees about their "open door policy" and instead likes to throw the occasional pizza or pasta party to calm the masses rather than fixing the issues at hand. The owner will never bother to learn your name even though you typically see him daily/weekly. No sense of direction or leadership at all, just greed.

The owner is very deceitful and will act nice but talk about you behind your back. Questionable ethics in the medical field. Not good choice
