Pros
There were always opportunities to learn a lot from the projects and people I was working with, which was very helpful for my career growth and development. Also, the people there were friendly, there were social events and I liked the casual, laid-back environment.
Cons
Sometimes things changed quickly, which should be expected at a new company that is growing . Also, it wasn't always easy to tell how the company was doing and the pay was so so.
