      Worst company to work with.fake people

      Pros

      No pros as there is nothing positive I hv seen in 3 months I was there so left the company

      Cons

      Joined the company in 2018 but in the very first month salary was delay.later on got the salary in part half in second week ..other half in 3 Rd week ,that too after following up with HR so many times.wven after leaving the company full and final settlement is not done .HR is not picking up the call.please don't join this company and spoil it career.

      Feel proud to be a part of In4Velocity which has india's one of the best Real Estate ERP

      Cons

      1. Working at In4 is like Working in Congress Party. Seniors will never let you grow. Traditional way but still show as if they willing to help you 2. Salary getting delayed by more than 45 days since 2013 3. Be a horse when working at In4. Your views are taken but will be dumped as what our Director says is final 4. Only Seniors respected (exploited as well) 5. No management in terms of employees, payment recovery, implementation 6. Seniors are impressive but only for a short time you will like it. As time goes you get isolated. Only thing matters to them is the money you gonna earn for them 7. A Big brand which could not be handled and now going down like other competitors in the market.

      "While as a company we accept all constructive criticism, it is sad to see an x-employee who was asked to leave due to poor performance and a poor attitude, make false claims. While the Internet is an open media and we would not like to tinker in a fair and open system, it is important for our exiting team and future In4cians to know that it's obvious that this person did not fit into our sense of core values as a company and his false claims represent his disgruntled behaviour. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours !"

      Pros

      No pros. I only see cons these days as the mindset of top people has transformed from best to worst.

      Cons

      No human touch. They have literally lost it. Office environment has become poisonous due to erring managers. You will be treated like super idiot under the current management.

      Being an very open and friendly organisation you had to take this approach it is very sad especially after having a HR and other Sr. Management people whom you could have approached to instead of going elsewhere ! you are still free and open to talk to us either of us one on one basis.
