Small family oriented company, great opportunities to learn every aspect of a manufacturing company. You will be crossed trained in every department, which is great for resume building. Best managers in the world. They are easy to talk to and willing to listen to your ideas and to incorporate them. This place is also great for students since they have FLEXIBLE hours and will work around your school schedule. Education comes first here at INCELL.
Cons
LONG hours. With this being a small company no one leaves until the job is done for the most part. Also there is a LOT of work that is needed to be done in a short period of time.
