* Opportunity to work on the latest technologies * Lots of exposure to the cloud * Lots of in-house trainings & technical discussions * Great work life balance * Friendly management who understands the different needs of its employees * Different product teams are able to share their experiences on various technologies * Flexibility to work from home most days of the week! * Lots of opportunities are given to fresh grads and interns to learn

For the past few years, things were incredible - great culture, great work-life balance and a lot of learning opportunities
Cons
Lately, since the introduction of new management, the company culture has severely deteriorated. Forced return to office with no flexibility at all, people getting written up randomly for the strangest things, redundancies coming out of the blue. All of this done to seemingly push people out of the company for the sake of inflating profit indicators. Not a good place to be at anymore at all

This is probably one of the best work environment cultures in Australia. Excellent opportunities to learn and grow. Your opinion matters. Very supportive team and management. Excellent CTO who actually cares about you.

I am sure they are getting there, but having a clear career path for individuals would really help.

Pros
Nothing, avoid this place if possible. Maybe competitive salary but you will always work beyond standard hours.....
Cons
Poor management staff favouring old employees. Very unorganised and biased, no care for employees. Employees are treated as numbers and have to suck up to higher staff to move up, nothing to do with talent. High turnover, high pressure, always work overtime so be prepared!!! The app is also not very good soooo many bugs
