      There were good people here, but the majority have now left or been made redundant.

      Cons

      Culture eats strategy for breakfast.... or so they say, but here the CEO ate the culture and everything else for breakfast. Bad habit of not listening to employees and also continuously not delivering on promises that they made on areas such as the technology, new processes, people s and just executing on the wider business vision.

      Pros

      Great self motivated team who work very well together and come up with innovative solutions to truly serve their customers. Just won the Best CX Partner of the Year award which is well deserved. Do a great job of supporting each other and making it a very supporting place to work. The General Manager is one of the best leaders I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Have some growing pains as we're rapidly growing and helping new joiners to come up to speed quickly.
