We highly encourage everyone learn additional skills so you can be moved from one project to another. We've had interns grow to become well rounded software developers, iOS to Android and vice versa. We are in the process of growing from 25+ employees to 100+ in the next 12 - 24 so this presents career growth opportunities too. We are about to relocate to the top floor of a brand new building so new, high-tech office space will soon be part of the attraction as well. Cons
Some of the downsides at working for InMotion Software are we currently operate out of a basement. But as mentioned in the Pros above, we will be moving around back-to-school timeframe so this will no longer be an issue. From my standpoint I can't really think of any downers about being here. They've been pretty accommodating so far.
