Pros
It is easy to see how much the folks care for one another. The folks at the company are committed to success on their properties. Everyone seems to be nice and genuine.
Cons
While every company has their issues, this one is no different. I do believe that they try and do their best and have everyone's interest in mind.

It is a fast paced environment where I feel appreciated and where my contributions are valued. There is a great team filled with authentic and genuine people. We share the same goals and have a common sense of purpose within the business. I know I matter.
Cons
Every workplace has its challenges. Good leadership and a strong team can overcome anything.
