      There's never a dull day at InSite. It's a fast-growing, mission-driven company that truly prioritizes patient and community impact. Leadership is transparent, collaborative, and open to new ideas. The culture balances innovation with compassion, and there are real opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference.

      Cons

      As with any high-growth company, things can move quickly and processes are still being built out. But leadership is proactive about addressing challenges and improving systems.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with here, our physicians, nurses, therapists, and support team are some of the most passionate and dedicated people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. It feels like we're truly making an incredible difference in the lives of the patients and children that we work with. I also love our use of technology, our collaborative teams, and supportive structure. This does not feel like a "punch down" healthcare environment. Management welcomes feedback and makes adjustments based on the feedback. I'm excited to work and grow at Insite.
