Food provided and facilities also good

There are no Pros- to work for this company. 1- You will loose your respect working for this company - as there is no employee respect atmosphere. 2- You will loose your interest of work. What ever experience you carry to this company - end of the day you will come out with zero knowledge. You are just wasting your time trusting the boss there . 3- They do not have single client base. They just work with 1 prime vendor and when you join the company the boss will try to invade your contacts and try to steel your contacts. This happened with all the managers who joined there and left the company. 4- You will loose all the impression of working for such a stupid company. 5- There is no one to rate your caliber - how much ever you sincerely work there.. you still treated as zero. 6- Trust me friends - you will literally have to beg for your salaries- not even once in their history they have paid salaries on time. 7- Interesting part of the salary payments is - every month before the salaries are paid - they would fire the employee who tries to ask and see information about the salary date. Thats how the boss enjoys saving that small amounts [ salaries of employees] - not paying them. 8- There is no manager who worked for this company heading the staffing Unit - more than 3 months.Hence understand that how worst people are treated on the floor - including managers and recruiter ..... trust me you are equally treated as office boy/ security guy.... no value at all ...for employees.... 9- Head of the company feels - himself as smart - but till date he has never realized what is wrong with his company - and he never wanted to correct the process that he is following , i am sure with the same flow he will soon close this company. 10- This company is never a friendly company for employees..... you will loose your entire career joining this company ... 11- Blocking salaries has been a fashion for them in this company - and when ever the employee turns hard to ask their salary - immediately they would try to threaten him/ her - stating you have stolen their data - or computer or some nonsense.... hahaha ... such a fools... And also wanted to update you this - most of the positive reviews that you are able to see here are wanted being threatened by the boss and were written by the employees to save their jobs for time being ... I hope now you understand how foolish is this company..... Never plan to join this company - even by mistake... please advice all your friends too--- you will save their career ... Thank you . One of the Sr. Managers for this company once !
