Pros

Flexible working schedule. You get lots of responsibility quite fast when joining the company. Most of the team mates are nice and fun to work with.

Cons

It used to be a cool and safe space to work, but not anymore. It used to be a top agency but they are in a bad position now, many people have been laid off and we were not given much information. Bad management with no experience, very controlling and have no idea where to go. No perspective of growth, low salaries. It is good as a starting job but I would suggest to quickly move to a better company when you have the chance.
