Pros

The office manager and designers were so sweet and professional. >95% female team.

Cons

Management had conversations about firing me while I was sitting at my desk, maybe ten feet away from their open door, on multiple occasions. They hired me to do a job that they couldn’t do, then barely let me do the job. Every day there was something new, and what I had been doing the day before was “useless” or “off track” or just plain wrong. The owners crated a wildly toxic work environment, constantly belittling their employees, having unprofessional arguments in front of the entire staff, and pretending like they were gods gift to the earth based on their past clients. Funny enough, they tried to convince me that all the reviews on here are by the same scolded person. They had all the current employees write reviews to help their rating.

Pros

The pros would be enjoying some of the creative work and building relationships with the staff.

Cons

The biggest con here is the management. They are always fighting and at odds against each other. The staff gets caught in the crossfire. Hostile work environment and lots of turnaround during my time there. Long hours and unrealistic deadlines make work/life balance a challenge. There is a big divide between management and staff.
