Pros

Really nice facilities bit nothing else

Cons

Isolated, zero support, zero progression. Filled with stratstone cronies who are seemingly miles behind the industry. 80% staff turnover in 12 months. No cost of living rises and poor quality staff due to desperate appointments and zero training.
