Good idea for D&I software. Lovely colleagues doing their best in a very tough environment.
Cons
Toxic leadership at founder level, encouraging toxic behavior in teams. No transparency. People are used to the point of breaking and discarded like broken toys. Employee turnover very high here because of the founder behaviors. Start ups are hard work, good leadership is important in this environment. A lot of cover ups and manipulation at founder level.
