      Pros

      Small efficient team focussed on producing the highest quality content. With an interesting list of clients had the opportunity to work a vast range of projects from making a documentary over a year, to live streaming a project with George Clooney and everything in between. Great employer in terms of flexible working. Lots of opportunities for career growth and training/learning on the job.

      Cons

      Few cons, was a great place for me to build the foundations of my career. The small team may not suit everyone.

      Interesting work and good colleagues

      Pros

      Work was interesting and challenging. My voice was heard and I had the opportunity to develop my skills over a few years in the company. Management was fair and supportive, and colleagues were a bunch of nice people.

      Cons

      No major cons. If anything, the second half of my stay at the company I was working remotely, so that can sometimes be extra challenging.

      Chilled environment wit free time.

      Cons

      The title says it all. Unreliable people in manager position. Very tight team with no room for outsiders. Changed their whole attitude in an instant and cancelled a contract with based on uncalled reasons when they saw they were out of budget.

      Response from Inclusive Digital: as a company, we are sorry that this member of staff had a negative experience with us. We work hard at providing an interesting and supportive culture for our staff - and this is reflected in other reviews. This person was only with the company for a very short time. We think his review is unfair, and leaves out important information. But nevertheless, we should have worked harder to make his departure less difficult - and we wish the former member of staff best wishes for the future.
