      Seasons come and go, but senior management never changed

      If you’re the flavour of the season, its a great place to be. When your season is over, you can refer to the Cons.

      Cons

      Hiring is done without proper thought . You may end up losing your job when management realise they have no idea what to do with you after hiring you. Very political and toxic culture for such a small company. Management is aware of issues plaguing staff moral but chooses not to address them. Instead decides to spend time trying to cover up poor company ratings online. There is no tech for a “Fintech”. You will be made to go into the office everyday because senior management likes to see a full factory floor. It’s company before all else on the factory floor with bare minimum benefits that they can get away with.

      - Nice colleagues supporting each other

      Cons

      - CEO (Incomlend Capital, SR) cultivates gossiping, backstabbing and will disrespect you if you don't work late nights or on weekends. No ability to manage people and organise himself, be ready to experience harassment and sneaky bullying from him. - Incomlend Founder is well aware and does not act.

      Pros

      - Great worklife balance, 9-6 job. Most knock off on-time. - Cordial working environment. Less politicking - Adequate medical coverage and 20 days paid vacation days which is rare for start-ups.

      Cons

      - Clueless management. There is a general disconnect about what management wants to do and what the company can do. - Poor resource management. The company has been retrenching and making existing staff take pay cuts while hiring non-core roles en-mass and spending generously on other frivolous things. - Treats existing staff poorly. No bonus, no increment, no promotions and some are forced to take pay cuts and some are retrenched. - No flexibility like working remotely. More like a traditional corporate office than a fintech.
