Pros
Somewhat of a startup mentality with little competition. Extremely effective propaganda machine. Can be a good place to start out of school.
Cons
Groupthink mentality. Run like family business. Best to agree, regardless. Vindictive management style. Management spends more time managing their insecurity than how to better satisfy a customer base that has been over promised. This and continually 'under delivering' will not allow this enterprise to go beyond its current niche market. Employees are continuously overworked due to a lack in QA and implementation experience. Backlog is much higher than your typical agile shop.
