Poor upper management, be ready to work overtime.
The leadership in company absolutely horrendous; would constantly be a wrecking ball to projects that were currently initiating next steps that everyone agreed to, weeks if not MONTHS afterwards.
No work/life balance: Emails on weekends and as late as 11PM on weekdays are normalized. You're expected to work constantly. "Unlimited PTO" policy is a facade. Hence the burnout issue in this company, and CONSTANT turnover.
Poor communication across between different groups. Lots of loose ends and unfinished processes. And if you point these out and offer solutions you will be called a "blocker" and unprofessional, and maybe fired.
