Pros

fairly friendly work culture in my experience you dont need to have a work phone for clients to remember you diverse backgrounds are welcome

Cons

work culture REALLY depends on your manager they say the silhouettes are unisex but they really really aren’t you’re not a style guide you’re a salesperson prices have risen about 100% in the last year but the garment compensation hasn’t risen to reflect this you can work 5 days a week and still not make fulltime you have to negotiate with your supervisor to let you sit down on the furniture when there aren’t customers in the store

Pros

Clothing Allowance each year, you get to meet some really nice people.

Cons

The measurement system is weird and not a true tailoring experience. Sometimes you have to touch really gross people
