No work life balance Owner can't follow his own company values

A company where the manager comes to the office only once a week and works from home on the remaining days, but expects the team to come in five days a week. Whenever there is an issue or a question, you have to go directly to the CEO because the managers usually do not have the answers. There are too many unnecessary meetings, and many of them are repetitive. The same updates are discussed again and again in different meetings. Mondays and Tuesdays are mostly spent only in meetings, and then on Wednesday there are one-on-one meetings where you have to update the same things again.
