      I cannot find any pros.

      Cons

      Disconnected leadership, token German 'legal racism' and no respect for diversity even when disclosed. Can't and won't help you with legal procedures - you are on your own.

      some good employee benefits like paid weekly oyster travel

      poor management brutal cuts and redundancies out of the blue 3 weeks before Christmas blatant greenwashing going on with several scientists in the company telling me that the chemicals used to grow indoors were carcinogenic and not safe for consumption
