Pros

Absolutely none. Everything positive they sell you on is a lie.

Cons

No benefits, pay is rarely what it should be, and advancement is exceptionally rare.

Pyramid Scheme

Pros

Everyone is very talkative. Some of the co-workers are nice, others seem like they're being forced to talk to you, which they pretty much are.

Cons

This is essentially a pyramid scheme. You are told that you WILL make over $1000 a week, but nobody there does except the management. Then get "promoted" and are told to lie to the new employees so that they will develop an emotional investment with the company and stay longer. The morning meetings are akin to brainwashing; repeating and reaffirming that this company is THE way to a successful career. The job itself is a door to door sales position signing people up for Spark, a green energy company. They try to fool you by saying that they aren't "technically" selling anything. You are then told to lie to the customer and tell them that you are there for a "utility update". The "training" is the other employees sharing stories with you on how to manipulate the customer. Even if you are interested in a career in sales, this is NOT the company for you.

Infinite Chicago Response

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We take these issues very seriously and we want to improve the situation to the best of our ability. I apologize for the confusion on compensation. Our assistant managers make $52,000/year plus bonuses, not our entry level employees which is agreed upon and signed for in the new hire paperwork for every person who has filled this position. I think there may have also been confusion on the type of employees our company has. All of our employees are paid through W2/W4. No one is or ever has been sub-contracted or had to invest to work with our company constituting an illegal pyramid. We hold our representatives to the highest standard when representing our clients and have one of the best quality track records in the industry. We want to be able to resolve these issues as soon as possible. These reviews unfortunately are anonymous, but if you would like to talk more, please give us a call so we can further handle these issues.
