      Good learning opportunity Plenty to do Decent pantry Nice colleagues, but team building sessions and bonding sessions would have made working together more enjoyable and easier especially with the extremely long hours spent together

      Pros

      I had a great time at IFW, made a lot of good friends there. I also learnt a lot during my 4 years, both from my peers and AD.

      Cons

      Good starting pay but increment was slow. Not much room for growth as we were under contract. Non existent HR, low benefits.
