      Pros

      - Great people - Amazing coding culture - Very structured and organised - Overall one of the best companies I've worked for organisation wise

      Cons

      - Below average salaries - Can be quite stressful sometimes handling multiple projects - If you're not a member of the "core" team or haven't been there for a long time don't expect a great offer from them - Missing deadlines often because of poor estimations for a project
