Pros
Great pay and amazing benefits. Coworkers are awesome to work with. They also provided us with a lot of training opportunities, as well as trips to conferences.
Cons
Like any company in the oil and gas exploration industry, it is subject to the ups and downs of the market.

Pros
Excellent employees in all disciplines. Some of the sharpest minds in the industry work at Inflection.
Cons
No hedges in place and bad business decisions led to a need for a reduction in headcount. Senior Management does not know its personnel. The massive changes will lead to a very ineffective company, cutting corners, waiting and hoping and praying for a miracle. Inflection's board of directors has an extremely toxic reputation industrywide. They have destroyed the company.
