Pros

Cutting edge technology and many good, decent people that could help the company succeed with proper executive direction.

Cons

Burn rate! Both funding and employee morale. A company led by one person with immense ego and wild spending habits that scoffs at ethical counsel, would seem to have an unstable future as a start-up.

Pros

Coworkers were the best part of the job. The work was interesting too

Cons

Hated the company politics. Constantly seeing people thrown under the bus - mostly by higher up people looking to advance their own careers, even if only slightly

Good people, shaky management

Pros

Great place for quantum engineers and physicists. Company wins a lot of government R&D contracts and has a deep academic lineage and ground-breaking tech.

Cons

Not a good products company. CEO is hell-bent on going public even though the company has no real product-market fit for any of its portfolio technologies. All smoke in mirrors to try to raise the Series C.
