      Pros

      Great benefits, potential to travel for work, in-office and off-site social activities, overall friendly staff, decent location.

      Cons

      During my time with the company there were many firings and hirings, and not all for the best (IMO). I think the company has the right intentions in regards to growing the company and changing its culture, but there seemed to be some favoritism when hiring for certain roles.
