Pros

You get to work with several different external channels and build relationships with them until you have to disappoint them due to their projects not being completed as promised.

Cons

This is not a professional place to work. The CEO will have emotional breakdowns yelling and screaming at employees on a regular basis. Projects for clients are often not completed on time and instead of address concerns with clients the CEO will ignore contact with them at all cost and will leave the clients emails and phone calls unanswered. The turnover rate is astounding. For a small team of under 10 people at least one person leaves every month due to the hostile work environment.

Leadership was not the problem for this sales person. Lack of motivation, entitlement and irrelevant experience may have been a more accurate explanation.

Pros

There are really no pros. There could be if the owner/ceo would sell the company and leave

Cons

To many to list. Starts at the top with the CEO/Owner. Is the worst boss I have ever worked for. Everyone is overworked for multiple reasons. The first being that no one every stays for very long. The second being is that the owner takes on more and more clients when get can't even complete the work of the previous clients. At least 1 person quits every month, which might not be too bad but when there are only 10 people to being with then that says something. Anytime someone posts something negative about the company the owner CL will threaten to sue them unless it is removed. He then has current staff go out and write better reviews.

I enjoy reading reviews from former employees that claim they were overworked. Perhaps "challenged" is a more appropriate description. Isn't that what leadership is supposed to do? Good leaders challenge their staff to be their very best and become leaders themselves. I've been with INFOD for 6 months and the same 10 people are still here and seemed to have morphed into a pretty cohesive team. Best of luck to you in your future career endeavors.

Pros

Decent Pay Good team (except for the owner)

Cons

Chris Lupton will throw fits and throw chairs. Skipped out on paying employees their 401K match. Beats down employees mentally. Does not pay employees when they leave. In the time I worked at InfoDynamics I saw over 20 people leave the company. The company size is around 15 people.
