Pros

None. We used to be an amazing place to work. We've now been taken over by an executive team that is virtually all related.

Cons

This place has become an actual joke. They will lie to you and say we're doing well and then turn around and layoff another group of people. Senior leadership is homegrown, and it shows. They've tried hiring outside support but three of our senior leaders, including the CEO are all related. He drives his fancy truck while people lose their jobs. Cuts are happening in the teams that need the most help. Teams that could barely keep up are drowning while the CEO's family continue to do favors, over promise, and under deliver. If you've ever heeded glassdoor reviews about how bad a place has become to work let it be this one. The job market is tough or I'd leave myself.

Good People, Lost Leadership

Pros

Almost everybody who works there is very kind and easy to work with. They have decent benefits, and a nice office space. Middle management is actually stellar, I felt I had a leader who respected and listened to me but when it came to something above them, or in a different area, things often stalled or went nowhere.

Cons

The Executive leadership team, and VP team seem to be at odds of where their product needs to go in order to support the industry, While most decisions only come at the end of heated discussions and unwillingness to change or accept how the industry operates. This causes major strain on the employees expected to carry out the work and communicate with customers. This leads to poor morale, and constant feelings of failure. This often get's used as reasoning when the company experiences reductions of force, as customers don't want to stay partnered with a company that can't support their needs or feel that everything is a fight to get complete.
