Dysfunctional & Lack of Direction - DYODD

Pros

Great collaboration, drive, passion and camaraderie when working closely with in country teams towards the same goal. Feels like almost a second family if you're in the right region working with the right people.

Cons

Would be best if you start off by going off to filter the lowest ratings and start reading the horror stories from there...but don't worry it doesn't apply if you're Croatian... - Geographical toxic environment spanning across bias, unfair treatment and people are let go for that reason or perhaps for no reason... - New directions every quarter and every month, higher management are just trying out to see what works and what doesn't...it's like going to a casino trying your luck everyday... - KPI's set are changed every quarter, making them impossible to attain, gambling the livelihoods of people on the ground and acts like a cost cutting measure... - Incomplete and broken internal processes are made known but not fixed despite being raised... - Avoidance of accountability, if you're looking for b&w or formal documentation, there's none and for good reason... - Red tape and slow moving, which makes certain inefficiencies are there for many years and for a good reason... - It's a family-run business so traverse with care and don't pick fights and offend people unnecessarily... - Overly ambitious and wants to work on large complex deals, but doesn't want/don't see the need to spend the time, money and resources to have the right solutions, scale and skillsets... In a nutshell, it's a "hornless" tech unicorn of 10yrs that's family-run and aspiring to go public that wants to ride with the big boys in the CPaaS & "SaaS" world; except the first to run away when things go amiss... The motto "We Are Just Starting" sounds more like "We Are Restarting" when you hang around long enough to know what the company is like...and I doubt the market has enough confidence in the company to grow...

Pros

Kind people and supportive managers here

Cons

18 years since setup but still not mature enough. I don't like "We are just started", which seems like an excuse.

Pros

Very forgiving environment. Within individual teams, its close knitted. Well stocked pantry.

Cons

No direction. No long term vision. It's a global company but they run the business like its a family business. Lack of support for the Inside Sales team despite them saying they are focusing on growing the team. Changes are made every single quarter and it seem like the company is just playing roulette and trying whatever the ball lands on. As a sales person, it is so difficult for you to receive commission from them as the KPI are constantly changing. No transparency and processes don't work. Underlying issues are not acknowledged or addressed and brushed aside if it doesn't align with them. They are looking for YES man and unless you are one, you won't be able to survive (you might survive if you're Croatian though). Lastly, there is NO benefits whatsoever.
