      Pros

      Company has lots of overseas clients.

      Cons

      If no project for an employee, they ask to leave the organisation. Max to max two months on bench policy. Mumbai office is closed now. Since last two years management is carrying layoffs for Mumbai office. Ether you have to shift to Noida office or you may leave.
