- Flexible work environment - Good people to work with - Okayish pay

Cons

- Fast learning curve that ends within 6 months- 1 year - Inflation check happens every two years so our salaries barely increase on a yearly level. Additionally, they don't end up increasing our salaries regardless. - Overall, company morale is down because of some account downsizing and slow business in general causing low utilization rates
