Great Welfare, competitive pay, great WFH arrangement.
Cons
Organisation structure is too centralised and decisions tend to get choked at the top management, delaying decision making.

Bonus was decent, project budgets are robust enough to run great projects.
Cons
Management is clueless and instead of trying to improve they focus on politics. Constant trickle down toxicity from the top. HR is the worst with no experience being HR and no idea how to perform the role of one. Absolute joke of a company in Singapore. Internationally and in US maybe a great place to work but the Singapore office is toxic and the people running the Asian shows are clueless.
