Pros
Good at adopting new technologies and deploying new products, right in time.
Cons
All systems and processes are not really systematic - so there is alway process mess. Some incompetent managers who love to speak loud but do almost no work. Senior management focus only on the area they want to see and their personal preference to some employees they like plays great role in promotion. No long-term strategy.
