Better be unemployed than joining this company.
Pros
None..During my stint of 7 months here ,there were more than 30 people who left the job in Business development.,So going by the point that I made, I or anybody else would agree with my point that there was no pros in this company. My idea of writing this review is to save those innocent guys from joining this company who comes from a big reputed MNC's to join this company in a hope of better package but their hope gets crushed after a month or two when the director of this company says that your salary will be deducted as you have not performed well in the past couple of months. They will also promise that they will release your salary as performance bonus next month and will give you a target which cannot be achieved even by the director.
Cons
There are only cons in this company which are so many that its difficult for me to remember all as of now. 1. You ll never be sure of your job in this company. 2. If you achieve your targets and seems to be easy going, they ll try to bring you down by showing less number of calls to your seniors or saying you take more breaks or just pass time around with others and dont work 3. They keep an eye on you all the time either through CCTV camera or some guy ll always be there to look after you and your moves in office and this guy ll report directly to the director. 4. Talking to your colleagues is a taboo in this company, they ll send you a mail saying that you're hampering the business of the company as you talk to each other. 5. They have problems with everything that you do in your personal life. They ll try to control it by mailing about your under performance to all the seniors. 6. If the company gets a project from your client, they ll never let you know it so that they ll have to give you incentive. And the policy is that they release the project incentive after a year, by the time there is 99.99% chance that you ll leave the company. 6. After a span of 6 months or so when you know about all this mismanagement you ll feel so irritated that you ll think of leaving this company. Once you leave this company after resignation they ll bad-mouth about you like you were not performing or you were caught stealing data's from the company so the company fired you. 7. If the company get to know that you are waiting for your salary to leave the company, they ll fire you without the salary or ask you to serve the notice period and you ll not get the next month salary. 8. They ll never release your work-ex letter and salary slips whatsoever. 9.The list is endless. If you find this review as ludicrous then join this company on your own risk.
