Thanks for writing in. I note that you indicate you have been with the business for 5+ years. Much of what you write can be resolved by discussing your concerns with your manager. What you outline is certainly contrary to the feedback and view of Inhabit that I have personally. Pay reviews are scheduled regularly across the business and your comment to “Corporate Politics Driven”, I need to discuss with you more to understand your perspective, as the senior leadership team are very cohesive in their communication, team work and focus for the company. Please contact me directly to discuss further, so we can work through and resolve the issues raised. Kind regards, Tony Alvaro, CEO

Pros

Some projects can be technically interesting and provide exposure to the field, but this is overshadowed by poor management and unhealthy team dynamics.

Cons

The work environment feels extremely toxic, cliquey, and at times exclusionary. There is clear favoritism where certain individuals are treated better based on personal relationships rather than performance or effort. Hard work and professionalism are not consistently recognized. Instead, it often feels like visibility depends on how well you fit into certain social circles within the team. The culture can feel hostile and “tribal,” especially for those who are not part of the inner circle. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere where employees do not feel equally respected or supported. Management lacks professionalism in communication and decision-making. Feedback is inconsistent, and there is little structured support for junior employees, making it difficult to grow or succeed. Overall, the environment is stressful, discouraging, and not aligned with a fair or merit-based workplace.
