Pros

Maybe learning how to babysit a man child.

Cons

This company is falling apart and doing everything it can to hide it. Don’t trust the positive reviews, they’re probably fake or written by employees forced to write them. The founders, Anand and Ranvir, are completely unfit to run a business. Anand acts like a spoiled child with no clue how to lead, while the rest of the teams spend their time cleaning up Anand’s messes. They keep saying that they’re building something revolutionary, but the product is weak and far behind the competition. The workplace is just as bad. It’s unorganized, morale is low, and employees are acting like babysitters for Anand. Talented people leave quickly once they see what’s really going on. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t. This company is a waste of your time and effort. Look for a better opportunity elsewhere.

Pros

The people are nice, top leadership sucks.

Cons

What can I say? Zero empathy and poor leaders. Promotions are given randomly with no merit and the pay is below market standards. They also move people around between teams (like engineering and sales) based on which side of the bed they woke up from.

Once a Great Place, Now a Cautionary Tale

Pros

The colleagues used to be amazing — sharp, supportive, and genuinely inspiring. You get tea and a delightful bun jam in the office. But, spoiler alert, you might have to work overtime just to enjoy that luxurious perk.

Cons

Leadership once consisted of brilliant minds who were great mentors. Unfortunately, almost all of them left. The culture is in a free fall. Every day, it somehow finds new depths of dysfunction. Respect is a foreign concept here. Employees are essentially held hostage with laughable retention tactics. Planning for deadlines? Wishful thinking. Leadership’s lack of foresight is dumped onto employees who then carry the burden like overworked pack mules. Ever wondered how to scam startup founders under the guise of assistance? Welcome to the masterclass. Hard work is recognised, but only if you define recognition as nitpicking, undermining, and a complimentary kick to your morale. Almost every original team member has jumped ship. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don’t know what will. Don't believe the good ratings. We all know exactly which fake profiles are responsible for those.
