Pros

The company is fully remote, which can be a significant advantage for those looking for flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Cons

The sales quotas here are completely misguided and clearly set by people who neither understand the demand for this type of product nor the customer who needs it. This is software designed for print shops, not the entire population, so you're doomed to fail based on the quotas set by leadership. Turnover in sales is huge because nobody can hit their numbers. Direct managers do everything they can to help, but leadership above them is just there to set unrealistic goals and collect a paycheck. There are sales salaries listed on Glassdoor stating a median total pay of $231K. This might be the combined salary of everyone on the sales team, but that's just not an accurate salary number, especially with capped commissions for certain roles. In general, pay here is way below market rates. You'll also see a strangely written 5-star review that claims this place promotes from within. Sure, you might get promoted within the sales team, but that's a kiss of death. You may as well start looking for a new job for the reasons I've already described. Morale here is awful. Nobody above a managerial level is ever held accountable for the company's constant missed numbers. Instead, lay employees are fired. Leadership, in general, is toxic. On more than one occasion, I've heard gossip about other current and former employees in virtual meetings behind their backs. The CEO is internally known for making inappropriate comments at company gatherings, but there's no sense in going to HR about that because nothing will happen. This company once had a stellar reputation amongst its customers. Now it's just a payments company that needs to appease a private equity board, and the only people held responsible for failure have nothing to do with the decision-making. Work here if you want, but if you get hired in sales you may as well start the countdown to your next job.

Pros

Product is decent People are cool

Cons

Company was acquired by a PE firm and went downhill. Product has not gotten any better in years and still misses key features. Less than 25% of the team hits quota. Hardly any time is put into development and training.
