Inline Distributing Company Reviews

Before I get started here...does it appear fishy at all that all of the 5 star reviews here on Glassdoor are all from the same day or two...as if maybe human resources encouraged some people to come on here to counteract some negative reviews? Also...look at the Facebook page for Inline Distributing. Well find the one they use most often, as there are 3 pages. All of the 5 star reviews on there are from employees..... 1. I was constantly having to look over my back to prevent having accounts stolen from me. 2. I could not get credit for sales I actually did make because other sales people would lay claim to them. 3. Management would ask what you'd need, then tell you that you couldn't have it. REPEATEDLY. 4. My leads and contacts were milked from me to fill the sales pipeline. 5. When I had a large volume deal come across my desk and I'd get purchasing involved to help broker it in terms of packaging, pricing, etc. it would get stolen from me.

From HR to the Owner, just horrible. They "act" like they are on your side, but, simply are not. If you are considering becoming employed with them, DO NOT FRIEND ANYONE, they will stab you in the back in a second!! RUN!!! They Hire IDIOTS for managers and everyone is scared to tell the owner how they feel because he hates "negativity" so HR is worthless.
