      Most of legacy management has no idea and are a social clique. Will throw you away after they've got what they want.

      Flexible work hours and casual work atmosphere for developers and other streams alike. Potentially solid fintech technology platform (if nurtured properly).

      - Pay is well below industry standard - Management is too busy protecting their siloes to see the bigger picture - You've heard of Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid Project Delivery - Inlogik goes one better and embraces 'Chaos.' - Executive Management is clueless - Too much of tacit knowledge held by individuals for political leverage

      Colleagues in non-managerial roles were a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There is a noticeable absence of clear management and support from your manager. The management culture is all about them. Favoritism and neglect is living true in this organisation, this toxicity will require careful navigation just to survive.
