Nothing really, maybe the more relaxed environment

Cons

- Any issues that aren't related to the sales department are ignored. - Had to fight for six months to get the raise they promised us, and the amount was significantly less than they promised. - They allow their sales teams to bully the hotel staff. If it is reported, then the reporter is the one punished. - If the building needs maintenance, they will ignore it until they are forced to deal with something that has broken. - Seriously, all they care about is the money. The employees are nothing (other than the sales department)
