Raises are tiny, and few and far between, usually you need to fight for one, though this is more the decree of way-higher-up folks you don't ever even see. More and more work and responsibilities are piled on you the longer you work there. Small team means you can often end up cleaning up other employee's mistakes, or picking up their slack in any given area. Minimal amount of people are kept on the team for the company to save money, at the expense of your workload. Expectations constantly changing.
