-They are Generous will provide whatever employee wanted -Focused on sales -They have a warm welcome on new employees
Cons
-Beware of their promises -They always ask everything from you (if you know what i mean) -No time for relaxation -No trust on employees -After you worked for a month starting to be cold on you.
