Pros

The only good thing about working here is that it is close to the hwy and not in a big city. Other than that, I would avoid and go for the competion.

Cons

- Lack of proper training - Advancement only if you know people - Very low pay - Deceiving management - Very low morale - Terrible work environment - too cold or too hot - Terrible benefit plan

Pros

Team environment, good location and some nice company events. Learn a lot about the industry and enjoyed helping people through the work itself. Sometimes it could feel very routine-like but if you collaborated with a good team, these people are the main reason why you continue to work here.

Cons

The turnover rate for the company (now known as AmerisourceBergen Canada) is extremely high. I was one of the people who had been there the longest. Working hard rarely pays off in salary or career progression and management pushes its employees down. Extremely difficult to request vacation time and very strict with staying in the cubicle at all times (managers patrol aisles) and environment is very secretive, with consistent layoffs and no explanation. Employees get burnt out and frustrated easily because they don't see themselves going anywhere and opportunities are pre-planned then given to the select few. In terms of working and friendly attitude, faking it until you make it is a big thing to senior management.
