Innophos has gone completely off-track. There are many processes that need improvement and development, however there aren't many true leaders left to fix it. There has been so many management changes in the past three years, no one seems to know what they are doing. Employees walk on eggshells , as they are often left in the dark and afraid they'll be let go due to frequent "cost-cutting initiatives". Beware of this employer if you are looking for career growth. They will make baseless promises and keep you long enough so that you are no longer marketable.

Innophos used to be a great place to work, but has turned into a total disaster over the past few years. With an entirely new management team, they have no knowledge of the business and no desire to learn it. Vision 2022 is a complete joke, as the real goal is to buy numerous Nutrition businesses to mask how poorly our core business is actually doing. Upper management truly displays a holier-than-thou attitude with the CEO at the forefront. The enormous drop in the stock price speaks for itself, as well as employees jumping ship as fast as they can. Replacements are hardly ever hired because it is expected that everyone else on the team should absorb the work. The morale is so poor and Management couldn’t care less. Cost cutting only applies to the worker-bees. Promotions and career-progression is non-existent. Dreadful place to spend so many hours a week.
