      - eDiscovery team members are part of a solid team of smart professionals and you'll have an opportunity to learn a lot. - Success is rewarded with additional responsibilities and competitive salaries/raises. - When there is an urgent event, you can usually get assistance or support. - Very data driven (pro and con). Focus on on metrics, utilization and profit. Good for business but not so good for people. - Great place to get skills and experience

      - Not unusual for commercial eDiscovery, but hours can be long and unpredictable. - Very data driven (pro and con). Focus on on metrics, utilization and profit. Good for business but not so good for people. - Slightly odd "bro" corporate culture. Mandatory weekly all-hands meetings no matter how busy you are; at one of those, CEO K Taylor showed up wearing a Trump MAGA hat. Politics aside, very unprofessional. - Except for one senior VP, DE&I not well reflected in senior management
