      Pros

      This all depends on your leadership and what department / contract you work. Remote work is possible. Benefits are not bad if you're single.

      Cons

      Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism - making it difficult to get things done when everyone is someone's family member. Pay is mediocre for the industry, Does not provide access to the appropriate tools/software needed to perform your job so you need to obtain on your own. No real career paths. Benefits can get pricey when including your spouse and child(ren).
